The most common alcohols to mix with hot chocolate include bourbon, rum, Baileys, or Kahlua. We recommend experimenting to find your favorite pairing.

Is Craftmix Cozy Hot Choclate meant to be served cold or hot?

Our hot cocoa cocktail mix can be enjoyed both hot and cold. To make hot chocolate, simply mix the pack with five (5) ounces of hot water and garnish how you see fit. To make a cocktail, mix the packet with ounce (1) of your choice of liquor, three (3) ounces of room temperature water, and serve over ice. If you prefer the cocktail hot, switch out the room temperature water for boiled water and leave out the ice.

What spices or flavorings should I add to an alcoholic hot chocolate?

While nothing is needed, you can ehance the flavor with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, chili powder, or even orange zest for an extra kick. The great thing about Craftmix flavors is that you can experiment and play around.

What toppings and garnishes are best for spiked hot chocolate?
